Classic Maderotherapy (Wood-Therapy) Training Online Course
Maderotherapy technique is a unique blend of massage and therapy that uses specially designed wooden tools to improve the appearance and health of the body.
This unique holistic treatment involves applying pressure with anatomically designed wooden tools, to various areas, such as the abdomen, thighs, and love handles.
This method can help break down fat deposits and smooth out the appearance of cellulite, on natural, noninvasive way.
Treatment is also able to stimulate and balance energy, reduce stress, and relieve muscular pains and joints.
What Does the Treatment Look Like?
It is recommended that you learn the basics of lymphatic drainage before training in Madero therapy. Before starting the Maderotherapy treatment, you need to prepare the skin for the wooden elements.
The preparation involves the “opening” of the lymph nodes and lymphatic drainage of the entire body. If the skin is not properly prepared for Maderotherapy, there is a high possibility that you will bruise.
After preparation, we start working with wooden elements, in a precisely determined order and movements. After each element, lymphatic drainage is done, in order to remove broken fat cells from the bloodstream.
It is recommended to do treatment for the whole body, in order to start the metabolism and lymphatic drainage everywhere.
Is it normal to bruise after maderotherapy?
As we said, bruises appear if the skin is not well prepared for the wooden elements. If the skin is extremely sensitive, spot bruises are possible, but there must be no major injuries left on the skin!
How many times should I do wood therapy and how many treatments are required?
Madero Therapy treatment should last 60 – 90 minutes, depending on the region being treated (and size of client’s body).
It is recommended a set of at least 10 treatments per month, 3 times a week, 5-6 sessions to see optimal results. Treatments are started immediately after the menstrual cycle!
Is Maderotherapy Treatment Painful?
If the client has not had an anti-cellulite treatment for a long time, and has large fat deposits, the first 5-6 treatments of maderotherapy can be painful, until the skin gets used to it.
How Long Do Results Last?
The results are truly permanent if you maintain what you have achieved.
