Methods of payment

Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard, and DINA that support online payment. Card payments are made in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Raiffeisen bank and are performed in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, simple data entry from the payment card.

After entering the card information and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for another purpose.

The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are ready for transport and handed over to the courier service. In the event that payment is not completed, or the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days of accepting your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the money reserved on your account will be released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.

Refunds

In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, partially or fully, regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund will be made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard, and DINA card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, return the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Complaints procedure

Products sold through our online store are accompanied by all legally required documentation, including manufacturer’s warranty sheets. If there is a need to make a complaint about a certain item for quality, we will fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller, in the same way as if you had purchased the goods in a classic store.

Goods covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty extended to the Buyer. The complaint procedure is initiated at the request of the buyer, by filling out the Request for a complaint about the quality of the product.

Refund or exchange of goods

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The amount is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product has been returned undamaged and in good condition.

Withdrawal from the contract – rights and obligations of the buyer and seller

The Distance Selling Act establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who purchases a product for the purpose of meeting their individual needs, and not for the purpose of performing a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to them. When withdrawing, the buyer may, but does not have to, state the reasons for withdrawing. The withdrawal form/statement takes legal effect from the date it is sent to the trader. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is refunded to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct. The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the date he sent the withdrawal form. After the 14-day period from the date he sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned. When returning goods, they must be returned in good and unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging, and the original fiscal receipt must be enclosed. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is good and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for any defect or damage to the product resulting from improper handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from improper handling of the product, i.e. exceeding what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that the defect or damage to the product was caused by the buyer, the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense. The trader is obliged to refund the consumer the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, after receipt of the product. The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.

Currency Conversion Statement

Please note that all payments will be effected in the Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. Once when transaction is settled the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
