DELIVERY PROCESS AND PAYMENT METHODS

1. Order Confirmation: We confirm each order before shipping via message and provide pre-shipping images.
2. Shipping: Our delivery service extends to the European Union and worldwide, with the operations based in Slovakia.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined based on the regular Slovak express mail price list.
4. Currently, we support several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location.
5. Payment Options for Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Slovakia are available on delivery.
6. For orders outside these country, payment must be made in advance, including delivery charges, one day before the order is shipped.
7. Payment options include direct transfer to our EU bank account, Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, MoneyGram, Paysend, and Payoneer. Attention: PayPal payment option available with a 5% surcharge included in price.
8. No Additional Charges: There are no additional taxes or charges; the cost is limited to the delivery fee.
9. Tracking and Communication: After dispatch, you receive a tracking code. We stay in touch until you successfully receive the shipment.
