Processing Time
Orders are prepared after confirmation.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- Large, bulk or personalised orders: up to 15 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If we expect longer preparation time, we will inform you by email.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Slovenská pošta (Slovak postal service) or other appropriate carriers depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed, based on:
- Destination country
- Parcel weight and size
- Official carrier price list
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the final total price (products + shipping).
The order becomes binding only after you confirm acceptance of the final total price.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
Europe: approximately 3–10 business days
USA & Canada: approximately 15–20 business days
Rest of the world: approximately 20–25 business days
Express shipping may be available in certain cases with an additional fee.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, peak seasons, or carrier-related issues.
Order Tracking
All parcels are sent with tracking.
You will receive tracking details via email (or, if you provide your phone number, you may be contacted regarding tracking information).
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international shipments:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees required by their country.
- These charges are collected by local authorities or carriers.
- We are not responsible for customs delays.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Incorrect Address Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- It was not collected
- It was refused at delivery
- The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
- Customs charges were not paid
We will contact you.
You may choose to:
- Reship the parcel (additional shipping costs apply), or
- Receive a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Any additional shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, or carrier charges billed to us may be deducted from the refund.
Lost or Severely Delayed Shipments
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check the tracking information and your local post office.
- Contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work toward a fair solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
